This generation of the Mitsubishi Lancer was produced by the Japanese manufacturer Mitsubishi between 1996 - 2001. It's a front engined car with either front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive and came as either a sedan or wagon. There are four power levels available, ranging from a 67 hp 2 L Inline 4 diesel engine all the way to a 276 hp 2 L Inline 4 Turbo gasoline engine. It has macpherson strut front suspension and multi-link rear suspension. However, some models have torsion beam rear suspension.
