This BMW i3 was produced from 2017 to 2018. It is part of the I01 generation i3. It's a facelift of the 2016 BMW i3 (94 Ah)
and was itself facelifted in 2019 with the 2019 BMW i3
. It's a rear-wheel drive small hatchback with 5 doors & 4 seats. With 168 hp, the electric motor accelerates this i3 to 62 mph in 7.3 seconds and on to a maximum speed of 93 mph. Having a kerb weight of 1320 kg, it achieves 21.1 kWh/100 miles (192.0 MPGe) on average and can travel 129 miles before requiring a re-charge of its 33.2kWh battery. This car also has a which acts purely as a range extender. It comes with a Direct Drive automatic gearbox. Luggage space is 260 litres, but can be expanded to 1100 litres for larger loads.
